Really good atmosphere and service, but even better food. Absolutely loved the clam chowder and seared tuna poke bowl. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent dinner. Best Cuban, juicy pulled pork, flaky bread & the salami was an unexpected but delicious touch. Blackened Tropical Chicken w/ rice & beans was a huge portion, loved it. Jambalaya was almost too much, perfect spice & fresh shrimp. We also enjoyed the Gator Tail app, which was a great portion for 3 & delicious. service was prompt & friendly, cocktails were spot on.

So incredibly delicious!! Best grilled Mahi ever! Served with fresh mild salsa and key lime tarter sauce, fish was cooked to perfection. With garlic mashed potatoes and veges that had a nice flavor. And grilled plantain. Beautiful presentation, this was seriously a delicious lunch!! Plus a great a ambiance it is in the cool Guy Harvey Resort. Another thing we like was although it is located at the beach there is plenty of free parking in front. Our server was great, very sweet and knowledgeable. We went on Tues. May 21. 5 star lunch we very highly recommend Santiago's!

Pretty standard tourist fare. If you have picky eaters in your group, it would probably be a fine pick--we ended up having the majority of our meal comped because it took an exceptionally long time to have food come out. They were pretty busy, though. The waitress and manager were very nice, though!If you like standard food, it's a decent place. If you are a foodie, perhaps skip this one.

Don't be deceived by the location 'inside of' the outfitter store. Lovely space, comfy and clean decor, great staff. Food is very well prepared with a wonderful presentation. Will definitely return.

Amazing restaurant! We had a group of 7 and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious....... all homemade. The attentive staff didn’t miss anything. The waitress was great and floor manager checked on our table. This is a miss if you haven’t tried this wonderful restaurant.

Regrettably the Thanksgiving dinner was extremely disappointing. We were served a slice of white turkey meat which was certainly not roasted turkey but rather processed meat. Our server tried to accommodate us by bringing back another portion which was unfortunately the same type of meat. While our server was very kind and tried her best to please us, the restaurant manager never showed up. We spent a non indifferent sum of money for a very sad dinner. The management of the restaurant, which is independent from the hotel,gives the hotel a bad reputation. The hotel is indeed very nice and management as well as staff are very accommodating.

Really good tofu bowl! Fresh ingredients. My daughter loved the seafood ravioli. Enjoyable surroundings. We Ate inside, but there is also a patio area. Hidden gem.

The tuna poke bowl was amazing, service was top notch. If you are in the area you should stop in!

Waited at the front for 20 minutes and then we left. Hostess had opened tables but refused to acknowledge us. Place looked really nice. With a bunch of people working I would have thought someone would have said something to us.

The food is great. I think the resort as a whole is improving everytime I am there. Unfortunately whats keeping this from a 5 star review is the service is ok. We usually wait for a few minutes before being acknowledged and the servers just hang out and talk.

Great poke bowls - very flavorful and fresh. The half bowl was definitely big enough. Kids meal had very tasty fresh hot french fries. My husband enjoyed his filet. Pretty reasonable prices. Service was a bit slow.

The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because I've never experienced as long of a wait at a breakfast joint. The prices are average to slightly pricey, the staff was fairly friendly, but the food was absolutely excellent. For the price the quality, quantity, and flavor are very on point. They have good coffee that they leave for you at the table to drink your fill of as you need. Honestly except for the fact that our waitress wasn't very attentive and the wait was very long for breakfast it was awesome otherwise. The hotel is gorgeous, the bathrooms are wonderful, theres a little guy Harvey outfitter shop right next to the eating area. They also serve fresh squeezed orange juice, we didn't try it but it looked really good from the table next to us!

Took a chance and I was very pleased. The fresh mussels were actually fresh and tasty. I had a grilled cheese with Camembert, onions and bacon. Enough said. My wife had the salmon special and there was nothing left on the plate. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

We highly recommend Santiago's. Great food, cocktails, beer choices, and service. Tim Rardon, Restaurant Manager is excellent expecting top service for his customers. He brings a friendly attitude with a complete willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. Haley Stratton is amazingly personable with top customer service skills. I highly recommend Haley as your server. She was very attentive and was so much fun. We had a great night!!

Absolutely amazing! I ordered the pancakes for breakfast. They were so crisp and tasty and the sausages that came with them were great! The waitress was very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this to anyone if they were to visit St. Augustine!

Food was great and service was excellent. We had dinner and then drinks by the pool. The weather was awesone and we were able to hang out and listen to the live music that was playing. Great time and I would highly recommend it. We even bought some Guy Harvey gear at the gift shop. The Gift shop manager Vanessa was super nice and helpful as well. We definitely will be back.

The food was amazing, but service leaves much to be desired. They forgot we were on the waiting list. We had to ask about our place on the list before we were sat. Then we had to ask for a server. Once we finally got one and asked for water and ordered a drink. We didn't see her for the next 15mins. I had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. The music was a nice touch. I love live music. I would have had a much higher rating had service been on point....

Great new place by the beach with a pretty cool Floridian menu. Pro tip: get a side of the augratin potatoes with whatever you order, eat it, walk to the pool bar by the beach, lay out, and enjoy your food coma.
