"Think of what you can do with what there is" -Ernest Hemingway, "The Old Man and the Sea" With a seemingly endless selection of cuisines around the world, there's always something that makes a country, a region, a city, or even a neighborhood unique. At Santiago's, we're making the most of what there is by fusing Florida and St. Augustine's melting pot of cuisines, history and cultures into a menu that showcases what has made our city the destination it is today. Santiago's Florida Kitchen, located inside Guy Harvey Oceanfront Resort St. Augustine Beach, is a contemporary take on everything that makes Florida dining great - a melding of culinary influences including the Spanish heritage of St. Augustine, Latin American and southern cuisines. Our wide selection of traditional dinner plates will satisfy your appetite for unique and eclectic tastes, but the main focus of our menu is our tapas-inspired, sharable selections that allow the guest to experience an array of dishes.

Really good atmosphere and service, but even better food. Absolutely loved the clam chowder and seared tuna poke bowl. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent dinner. Best Cuban, juicy pulled pork, flaky bread & the salami was an unexpected but delicious touch. Blackened Tropical Chicken w/ rice & beans was a huge portion, loved it. Jambalaya was almost too much, perfect spice & fresh shrimp. We also enjoyed the Gator Tail app, which was a great portion for 3 & delicious. service was prompt & friendly, cocktails were spot on.

Pretty standard tourist fare. If you have picky eaters in your group, it would probably be a fine pick--we ended up having the majority of our meal comped because it took an exceptionally long time to have food come out. They were pretty busy, though. The waitress and manager were very nice, though! If you like standard food, it's a decent place. If you are a foodie, perhaps skip this one.
